Interesting you say that. I’ve heard it argued that the BBC’s worst bias isn’t about “left” or “right” or race or sexuality but actually class: that it’s an overwhelmingly middle-class institution. I think it’s got better in this regard in recent decades (it wasn’t that long ago – easily in living memory – that the only voices you heard on the Beeb were brayingly posh) but still has a long way to go.
