People who fad diet do so to fast-track weight loss. So they’re probably porkers to begin with. Anyone with a stable, balanced diet and regular health and fitness regime probably doesn’t need to diet and will stay in shapre. They sell only the Express and Star (sounds like a local paper from the midlands) at Lidl nowadays, so Desmond probably owns some shares in them. It always amuses me mind as most people who worked in Lidl in Winton, Bournemouth were Polish.
The Express and The Star are sold in Lidl.I was lucky enough to be given a free copy of The Express from the large pile that hadn’t been sold at the end of the day, I was offered a copy of The Star too, but moderation in all things eh…………..

Technically, I don;t think they *make* you fat, but they probably do* keep* you fat in my experience.
