Under the next Government nurses (like other public sector workers) are going to take a bashing- maybe this is a ploy to ‘de- angelize’ the nurses so they have less sympathy when the job becomes mere low pay drudgery again- then the Mail can complain that nurses are all ‘foreigners’.
I’d like to see some of these industrious journalists try and work in the health care sector which quite frankly has been a shambles ever since the Tories decided to introduce ‘competition’ to health care.
