Good excuse to get a picture of Kate Moss on the cover. I guess they have to balance out the tiny picture of the less attractive woman in the bottom-left corner.
Isn’t being kidnapped ordeal enough, why does she and the paper feel the need to throw in the cry of rape. Don’t the press usually vilify people who cry rape which is basically this.
I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again: will The Mail ever stop giving away these interminable series of DVDs? Who in their right mind thinks to themselves, ‘Ooooh, this neurotic broadloid shitepaper is giving away an obscure film on DVD, so I’d better buy it as I’ll get to watch some hogwash and well as read some hogwash too’?
The headline is misleading as Original Paul points out. The poor woman wasn’t raped, so what the hell is going on here?
I suspect it’s to keep readers rather than gain them, in the sense that if you read all the shite online for free you don’t get the DVD, however crap it is.
I know this is awful, but when I saw this in the shops I laughed out loud. Just the idea of “yar me hearties” style pirates with the Pirates of the Carribean music in the background.
So she was not raped then!

“But she was saved at the last moment when other guards returned and stopped the would-be rapist. ”
Nowhere in the article is there any evidence that the guard was planning to attack her in that way. Bad journalism again?
So terrifying you can barely read it no doubt, so they’ll print a long and full account of it.
Teasing readers with allusions of rape = classy.
I wonder what other horrors her captors haven’t subjected her to yet. The potential for a series of reports is limitless.
Gang bang next with black guys, without condoms ( in her dreams).

I wasn’t robbed on my way to work this morning. Hold the front page!
Not that I’m unsympathetic of course. But as matto says, her ordeal was bad enough without imagining what could have happened.
