Apparently, all you have to do to get benifits in the UK is get your kids into a UK school, although quite how you do that, while being ‘illegal’ (and therefore non-EU) is another matter as I’ve never seen “Have you got kids in a UK school” as an ‘entitlement’ question on a DSS form.
Oh and isn’t this the same law that allows all the ex-pats that by this rag, to get their ‘benifits’… sorry.. pension… in the English getto of their choice?
