I don’t remember the Mail having any problems with obscene and unwarranted wealth in Thatcher’s time as long as it was in the hands of the ‘right’ people.
Well Clegg won the moderated polls by 3 to 2 though Cameron was closer (but so was Brown which must annoy Cameron as that gap of 5% seems to be sticking, when Tories go up so do Labour)
Nothing much to mention, but I’m sure The Mail didn’t promote sensible regulation in the boom years.

What! no anti Clegg story, they must have run out.
Ah back to banker bashing, the election must be over now.
Who landed the heaviest blows? Well, the Labour rosette is in front (top left). Is this a Freudian slip by the Mail?

At first glance I though the headline was a new campaign slogan.
“Won’t somebody please defend the Daily Mail”
Erm… it’s absorbant, has smooth edges and the ink doesn’t run.
