I think I’m right in saying it’s got fuck all to do with the coalition, and is facilitiated through the local authorities.
And whilst today’s free-shit offer requires you collecting the porduct itself, the quantity of rubbish isn’t helped by a lot of the free-shit CDs and DVDs newspapers, including the DM give away.
@ Matt Hurst exactly, cuts and laying off ‘wasteful’ staff and getting rid of services people supposedly don’t want or need is all very well and good until it affects Mail Land.
Weekly bins collection here too, general refuse & gardening waste one week, paper and plastics the next.
No big deal and I quite like the idea that we’re recycling at long last.

Of course they collect different bins every other week, but that’s still weekly over all.
Mind you it’s not the biggest thing I worry about but then I don’t read the mail.

Zzzzzzzzzzz. More articulated nonsense from the Fail and Excess. Why do their readers put up with it?
Surely the coalition tough talk is about cuts, hence a cut, I thought the Mail would be happy about these cuts they cheered this shower in.

Give me weekly bin collections, or give me death !!
No doubt they’d be up in arms if someone had to build a landfill site within 10 miles off their house too (think of the house prices!!)
