In a nutshell, he explains that the UK could support a population of 180 million people and that the country appears to be congested because people prefer to travel by car rather than use public transport.
‘We’ll never know how many terrorists or criminals got in’ says Home Secretary. Because we know they did. Even though we don’t know who or how many. But we know terrorists and criminals got in. No evidence for that but we know they did.
