My parents fostered 40 children and transformed their young lives - but what about MY childhood!

Sarah Palin is alive and well and posting on the DM site:

Quote:
you are a self centered brat...but I have a feelin' that life will humble you....poor you...you had a roof over your head and parents that loved you....OMG..and plenty of food...that's just terrible...gosh..and you parents loved and respected you....I feel your pain...
I have a feelin' that even if your parent gave you everything it wouldn't be enough....
As a parent myself....I pray my children grow to know We are all connected...and yes the World is not perfect like something you might see on films....
and I pray that "you" child will never need the help of a stranger....and if you do...that stranger is as kind as your parents...
and not a selfish person that can only see her own pain of wanting...

Even better, the bulbs fully illuminate instantly, unlike the current generation of eco-bulbs.

I like the fact that they take a second or two to get fully bright. If you turn one on just after getting up or coming in from the dark it doesn't hurt your eyes so much.

Warning from Asda: This milk bottle contains, er, milk
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1132745/Warning-Asda-This-milk-bottle-contains-er-milk.html#comments

Hacks who write the word "er" should be dragged through the streets by dogs. :evil: Reminds me of those godawful gossipy 3am types with their "wicked whispers" or "shsshh" in the red-tops with their "which, er, well known tv presenter, er, was caught, er, snorting, er,........" and you just think "oh fuck off!".

Anyway, whole pointless article about it until at the bottom;

Asda admitted it had got things wrong and said it will remove the warning later this year.

Does your attention level not allow you to finish reading complete articles?
Get back to refereeing, Mike, and giving your beloved Man Utd their usual penalties.

No, sorry, I have to pick you up on this. Are you Rafa in disguise?

Ha! :D Funny I should have posted that just a few hours before yet another pen for Man Utd, although it was Halsey this time. The refs normally wait until late in the second half with the score at 0-0 before pointing to the spot at OT. Riley's the worst of the lot, though.

Yes. I was amused by the name of the keeper whose consecutive clean sheet record Van der Saar beat. From the BBC website;

The second at Old Trafford this season, truly a conspiracy of epic proportions.

The Premiership is now very tedious. It's turning into a Man United circus. Non-league football is far better, it's cheaper to watch and more competitive.

He's probably like the Eurosceptics that don't mind taking EU money. No doubt he gets expenses etc.

He also does not look old enough to vote judging by his photo.

Of course there was a famous referee from Harrow too!
