Oh, and - only "stupid" women have abortions? Condoms split, Guardy. Medications have imperfections. The rhythm method? Don't even go there.

The point is, pregnancy - wanted or unwanted - is something that can happen to pretty much any woman, not just the "stupid" ones. And your idiot flippancy towards the fact that a woman has had two abortions without knowing anything of what she may have gone through is a pretty contemptible way of addressing it.

Mind how you go on that tightrope.

There's me thinking I'd be on safe ground on this thread. I take it these people so desperate to force the mods to ban me are the types who claim to be for free speech, normally? As I've said before my liberal credentials take some beating. Anyone can impress talking the talk - but can they walk the walk?

Is that supposed to mean something?

I've never been a bully in my life. My wife has never been a bully. My children have never been bullies.

I'm being bullied now though interestingly. Is it a fear of the outsider? Someone a bit different from you?

That's usually what it's about isn't it.

"Fear of the outsider"?

Well, as someone with more paranoia than can possibly be healthy about the trustworthiness of the average Moslem, you'd know something about that one, wouldn't you, Guardy.

And mojo - no, I think that it means absolutely bugger-all. I just wonder if Guardy is a frustrated rap writer.

read what i am about to say, and read it close;

you have so far, been constantly abusive, dodged questions, changed subjects, and played the victim when anyone questions your statements.
it is the mods who have the final call what does and doesn't get by here, and they go on a combination of requests by forum members, and their own judgements. so it's not some kind of afront to free speech if you're banned, if anything, it's democracy. you want to stay, stop being a prick and say something worthwhile, actually enage with people, don't just say something you assume we want to hear, or a shitty "joke", something with an actual point to it.

most important of all, understand this:

you do not have a "right" to post on this or indeed any message board, it is a privilege, abuse it and it is gone, earn it and you get to keep it.

so earn it.

Fine sentiments, ACG. But just hope that he doesn't snipe at that double negative in the 4th sentence.

I've think I've worked out where you've been going wrong, guardy. From your early posts, we can see that you think being a "liberal" is a bad thing, so you've got confused and are now thinking that when you act badly, you are being a "liberal".

What you've done there is get yourself mixed up between the word "liberal" and the word "cunt". You have not been acting like a "liberal" and have no "liberal credentials", you've ben acting like a "cunt" with "cunt credentials".

Hope this helps clear up your misunderstanding.

As someone who was bullied for a large part of their younger life I'd just like to register my disgust at your regarding people taking issue with what you say as "bullying". Made you want to go and cry in a corner, has it? Made you want to run away from everything, has it? Made you terrified of telling anyone what has happened to you, has it? Made you frightened to go on the internet in case the nasty cyber-bullies beat you to a pulp, has it?

Grow up you pathetic little man, I was prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt but not anymore. You sicken me with your twisted versions of the truth and flippant attitude to things others have gone through and been hurt by. Get a kick out of it, do you? Fuck off, you contemptible piece of scum. And I don't care if I do get banned for saying this, some things need saying. Now get your coat and piss off.

Right, had I not been called away from my lunch to go and do some work, I would have had time to finish what I was doing.

So with this, there'll be no more arguments and flaming, right?

I have been a member and poster on these boards longer than most (if not as frequently as some). I have never called for anyone to be booted off before. Not Baht 'At, not WATB. But there's a first time for everything.

The Guardian appears to be intent on causing trouble, and his/her behaviour has led to others veering towards the slough of cuntiness as well. Regardless of TG's 'attempts' to engage people in actual debate, his/her aim seems to be clear - to stir up trouble and to antagonise people.

And just for his/her inability to use a quote tag properly, which is FUCKING INFURIATING.

Ban them now. Please.

So, he's banned, then? In which case, please feel free to disregard the PM that I've just sent you, Esqui. Cheers.

I replied to it anyway. But I'll reiterate it here:

I completely missed the wood for the trees, and I'm sorry, people. Whilst looking through Guardian's posts to find specific examples of him trolling and breaking the rules, I managed to ignore the effect his posts were having. He was trolling in a subtle way, and I mistook the people reacting to him as blowing things out of proportion.

In short, he's gone; I'm an idiot. Enjoy your evening.

Don't sweat it. Nice one.

I feel bad asking for people to be banned from anywhere but this last thing was too much.

I hope Malcom Armsteen and Lord Brett come back now, and the others that left.
