Not sure why 'TINY' is in caps - bikini doesn't look much smaller than hundreds of others on the site. But article does include two photos of the woman topless. Are they letting people see (shock!) unblurred nipples these days?

Oh, the drooling comment wasn't aimed at you - more the people looking at it simply for a bit of tit.

As for the censoring; they've not with a few pics recently, but they've not been particularly... anything. Just natural, and I think natural nudity is fine in magazines/papers - but I could be wrong.

The rule at the moment seems to be that nipples are okay if they've been photographed by a pap hiding in the bushes, but not okay if the subject is posing "provocatively" (but willingly) in a photoshoot.

So presumably it's related to how much they've paid for the photo? A pap picture must cost more: the Mail needs more hits to cover the expense, so they leave it unpixellated.
