Because it's a list of things written by doctors with a vested interest and who just happen to believe the same conspiracy theory the Mail has bought into?

There's no concrete proof in there whatsoever, if there was then the Mail would have been far from the only paper this appeared in.

Judging by the number of mentions this story gets on google, mention Kelly's death is clearly a good way of geiing people to visit the Mails website. By publishing the story on a Saturday morning they know that there will be no official response until Monday morning so they get 48 hours of heavy web traffic before it turns out to be a non-story.
