As obesity soars, girls of 11 are being given breast reduction surgery on NHSOur old friend Paragraph 19 clearly states that breast reduction has nowt to do with obesity but everything to do with:

So the NHS will happily pay for this, yet people who are going blind or dying of cancer through no fault of their own are denied treatment? This country is beyond messed up.
