How long before Dawn French is accused of courting the media simply because she had the cheek to go out for an unnanounced walk near her own house?

Why am I not surprise that the Express still uses Fahrenheit?

You know, I think that the reason why this paper is still around is because it sort of conveys the same sort of information and experience you might get from visiting some old gossipy racist person. People would feel bad totally abandoning it:

"It's meant to be cold/hot/snowy/raining buckets next week!" "Oh dear. I went down to the shops today, and there wasn't a person about who spoke English. All the women pushing prams! So many of them." "Did you hear about that what happened to that girl? That blonde one?" "Dear, are you peckish? I have some sweeties around here. Here we are! Have a Twirl bar."

I think you'll find that the Express, in common with The Mail, uses fahrenheit when it's a bit warmer, but centigrade when it's cold.

Allows them to exaggerate better in each case.

"Berlin Temperature" as it's known at McCoy Towers.

(The Fahrenheits were a German Hanse merchant family who had lived in several Hanseatic cities).

Did nothing, to be honest he wasn't in my view serving me that well as a doctor, he kept sending me for blood tests in relation to my liver being slightly higher in some count as average though as he said it wasn't particularly high. 3 or 4 pts.

The pain remains on the left side of my stomach however which has nothing to do with my liver. The tablets just bloated my stomach.

As for the opera singer uniting Wales and England.... didn't happen sorry.

I'm surprised they didn't state that difference in shillings after their recent refusal to acknowledge the widespread use of centigrade.

Does The Express really only cost 5p or do I need new glasses?

We've run out of money, but we're bouncing back.

Dare I ask what the basis of the Express's assertion that the economy is bouncingback is?

With a bit of squinting, I think it says "5p Cheaper Than The Daily Mail"
