as for the safety of the F4J guy, thats his choice , still no need to have caused so many Motorists such massive inconveniance , perhaps if his life is as worthless as you believe , it would have been better off just 'Shooting' Him. i am sure 99% of the Motorists affected would agree whole heartedly with you , and yes , if i was stuck in the same said traffic jam and Local plod gave me the green light , i would have searced around amongst all the junk in my boot , and if i managed to find a snipers rifle with sights , i would have winged him with my first shot , and then finished him off with the second .

We knew little about her, now we can't get enough of her. Like it or not the whole country is claiming her as their own and the euphoria is getting bigger and better as the medal total rockets day by day. When some of us around where we live were younger we were good athletes but we had no one to coach us because of political beliefs in the area. Thank goodness that the current system brought on by the sponsorship of athletes by private enterprises, this has for the moment helped those who have ability. But I see a return to political string pulling beginning (performance directors who know nothing about sport) as we had around this area and others where the only criteria was how important the parents of some people were in Union circles. Myself and others were capable of winning more than one event but but these important parents ran around complaining that it was their child's turn to win even though their child was not very good at anything so they stopped us from competing ti make sure their own child won and then told everyone that their child was the best. RUBBISH - RUBBISH - RUBBISH.

If I have upset anyone by this statement I am only telling it as I see it. BUT MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT MY RESPECT FOR OUR COMPETITORS - THEY ARE THE ONES WHO DO THE WORK

Another example of how the country has been sold out. Now, rather than use tax payers money to help the taxpayer we are funding idiotic european agencies to come up with ideas that will further degrade our country.
It is not even as if the other country's in the EU obey the legislation that is forced upon us. Our Eastern European HGV drivers are always being caught out ignoring the driving hours, and endagering OUR lives. Other examples abound

But the British always obey the law, because our politicians have NOT got the courage to stand up for themselves, let alone us....!

Since the price of oil kept getting higher and higher I noticed that the price of diesel was virtually the same as the price of a barrel of oil in your finance pages.
When oil was up at $130 a barrel the price of diesel was £1:30p per litre.
In todays paper the price of a barrel of oil is $103.38 yet the price of diesel is at the supermarket where I go £1:21.9p per litre a huge difference nearly 0:20p WHY WHY WHY???????
As stated in many comments and many papers why does the price of petrol go up nearly instantly when oil goes up yet NEVER come down at the same rate.
Most countries would have the goverment asking questions about this PROFITEERING and that is what it is, yet Jock McBroon just sits on his hands because he know he is getting more and more tax out of the hard working people of this country,
I bet they will put up the tax next month now.
Sooner this lot are gone the better. Hope yo enjoy your hugely undeserved pension in your retirement mr Turpin and your band of uncaring highwaymen and women.

I have nothing against Charlie having happiness with his mistress in private. But if he wants to make her our Queen that is a very public matter and very, very different. That should never be allowed. Sorry, I still say NO to Queen Camilla. IMHO Mrs Parker-Bowles is unfit to be our Queen due to her past bad behaviour with our future King. She should have kept her hands off him. he was a married man.
