Given the way house prices in the South have gone up, it's become largely meaningless. My parents bought a semi in Barnes before it became trendy, and, had they stayed there, would now be technically millionaires. But a semi in Barnes is hardly the hallmark of luxury.

If he didn't have a pot to slash in, it would be because he wasn't talented enough and he was typical of the politics of envy attacking people who were successful.
