Funny you should mention that. The new All Saints Academy is a "historic" partnership between the C of E and the Roman Catholic churches. Because, of course, it's nothing to do with class or anything why you'd wind up at that school (the kids from Hesters Way, a very, very large council estate get sent there. they must all "choose" it).

Great hopes pinned on the "ethos". Unfortunately, this ethos didn't stop £25m being spunked up the wall.

Who's speaking for the motion? Frank Field, of course. He's become the Bitty of the Labour party.

Seeing as I'd forgotten this thread I'll add Jamie Reed to it. Pathetically immature individual who is quite happy to justify a bit of friendly racism.

Absolutely. A complete and utter tosser.

Can I also nominate Dan Hodges? A contrarian tosser with the intellectual firepower of a discarded kebab. Bringing debate on Twitter down (like Reed) due to his belief (like Reed) that he is a genius. He isn't. (like Reed).

I'll second this. Hodges is an absolute A-grade cock who's found his natural home over at the Torygraph. Hopefully he'll eventually follow his mate Luke Bozier out of the Labour party and take a few more of the Blairite surrender tendency with him.

Probably has been mentioned but I'll say David Lammy. 'Smacking kids is necessary' and 'lets keep religion in politics' have been his two most recent contributions to public debate.

And can you believe he is in his 30's? It's not that he appears old, just of another time.

Oh yeah and Keith Vaz, on the grounds that he is Keith Vaz.

Smacking kids is legal anyway. Is Lammy saying you should be able to smack and leave a bruise (which isn't legal)?

To be honest I'd like to hit Frank Field with something considerably heavier than a Haddock.

Get Lammy to do it. He doesn't mind leaving bruises.

I thought Lammy only advocated beating children? Or does he now want to beat pensioners as well?

I know, but even so, he's more deserving than most of getting clobbered around the noggin by a bloody great haddock.

I wouldn't even take it out of the trawler first.

Tom Harris MP, Blairite, arrogant, rude bugger who came last in the Scottish Labour leadership race is a fan of Blodges.

He deserves a piscine moment as well.
