I think we've discussed this before - the Mail has form for pinching images off websites when the copyright is reserved, and then refusing to cough up.

Fortunately the Mail's lawyers, in their cease and desist notice to istyosty, have already provided a template for anyone who feels their copyright has been infringed. I believe the going rate is $150,000 a pop. Looks like quite the windfall for MIND and ORG. http://forum.istyosty.com/istyosty.pdf
