Monmouth MP says he is 'tactless' and that thoughts are 'hard to articulate'
Says he is 'changing' and now owns a Boy George CD which he 'loves'

So that's ok then.

But we all need special training so as not to be offensive knobheads, don't we?

I would have needed some to buy a Boy George CD.

I know I've mentioned this before but I've met him several times and he is a gigantic cock.

He said anyone who claimed about police brutality at demonstrations had stopped the police controlling the 2011 riots. Presumably the rioters "knew their rights" or something.

I'd have thought crap intelligence and a failure to draft in enough officers played a part, myself.

I thought white people could join the Black Police Officers Association.

I have a Phil Spector record - doesn't mean I approve of murder.

And Boy George isn't exactly turning out songs called "Come on in, the BUMSEX is lovely", he just produced good solid pop music. The entire comment is jus a massive 'some of my best friends are gay'.

It's worth reading the original Guardian article which the Mail got their story from. In the past, Davies has always come across as a pretty unpleasant bloke but here he seems more of a blithering idiot who struggles to articulate what his views are.

Even though he concedes he may be wrong and could well change his mind in future, Mail readers are falling over each other to agree with him in the comments. Top rated is this articulate effort:

What he said is true, why have we got to mind what we say all the time, even if it's true.

That's the crux of the Mailite psyche, isn't it?

My opinion = truth

I don't want my kid to be a mail reader.
