Well, depends on how bitchy you want to be about the girls on it.

I have an issue with this show , and its not just what the OP has stated (of which I also agree). But they featured two girls once with this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harlequin-type_ichthyosis. Now I think its good that they raise awarnesses to very rare disorders like this , however I did find it very crass and the makers obviously foresaw a freakshow in the making , with total idiots ready to tune in and mock.
