Brilliant! Almost like a spoof article:

Teenage boys watching hours of internet pornography every week are treating their girlfriends like sex objects

Type the words 'sex pictures' into Google and it returns 83 million results in less than one-tenth of a second

 That reminds me of a certain scene in The Office where Brent types 'sex fetish' into Google.

Oh no! Teenage boys are now watching porn!

I wish we could go back to pre-1997 when all boys were like Just William. ZaNu Liebor are responsible for this. Of course if the girl is dressed provocatively then it's entirely her fault because she's a whore and 'asking for it'.

You may have heard me wailing about Sharia law in Britain recently - that's apparently because I don't think it's strict enough.

'My research has left me extremely concerned,' she says. 'A recent survey showed that 54 per cent of boys found porn "really inspiring" in terms of sexual performance. This worries me, because of the nature of the material they are now watching.

To be fair, that's hilariously stupid. Although if it leads to a spate of people growing Ron Jeremy moustaches I'm all for it.

Also:

Another 15-year-old told me that what her 16-year- old boyfriend had wanted her to do had made her cry.

The sexual request is not suitable to be described in a family paper, but as the mother of three daughters aged 16,15 and 13, I found it particularly upsetting.

The girl told me the act was now considered to be the final frontier by dare-devil teenage boys; the so-called 'fifth base'.

According to a quick Google search this 'shocking sexual request' is anal sex.

So at 15 she's done everything else but bursts into tears when he wants her to bite the pillow? Methinks a little artistic license has taken place here.

Some of the quotes in that article sound dubious to say the least.

Quite. It's called use of register. I read a dissertation about it in 1969, and it was far from original then.
So all I can say is o srsly? Mail pwned again.

Next week: the Mail discovers Lolcats...

I notice that above the comments they are saying that they are unmoderated, but when you comment it says they are being checked in advance...

They're moderating the comments now. Or maybe it's just my comments. Maybe I should get another account. I've not managed to get a comment in for days.

It reminds me of when my late middle aged neighbour read about SMS abbreviations in The Reader's Digest. First, he made me listen to him as the read the list off, then he'd always USE them when he sent me texts. Half of them weren't real from what I could tell. I wanted to ask him for that copy of RD so I could use it to decipher what he was writing to me.
