Will Apple sue BlackBerry over its 'iPhone copy'? Firm could take action as Europe boss refuses SIX TIMES to admit Z10 looks just the same

Spot the difference: BlackBerry launches Z10 which has no keyboard and looks just like an iPhone

Can BlackBerry get back in the black? RIM to unveil handset challenger to the iPhone (and it looks remarkably similar)

Except, as pointed out by pretty much every commenter, the phones look no more alike than any other touchscreen smartphone. The OS is primarily widget-based and completely different. The Mail seem to have a real bee in their bonnet about this one.

I think they have the idea in their heads that Blackberry are in trouble and can smell blood in the water.

I'm no expert on the mobile phone market, but I gather the company isn't selling anything like the number of phones they did seven or eight years ago. The morality of hounding a company in this way who are guilty of nothing more than not being as successful as they used to be is troubling. Press shit like this damages the public's confidence and eventually costs jobs.
