Oh don't worry, the readers still think it's massive luxury.

Quote:
Is that supposed to be a prison?

Television and radio in the room?

Teabags, cornflakes and a flask?

Sounds like a glorified holiday camp to me.

All provided by the hard-working taxpayer.

Whatever happened to hard labour?

Check out the address - what a prick. Unless this is actually cutting-edge satire of course.

Obvious former prisoner in green arrows shock!

Still, at least we have Rabbit in Canada to remind us what really matters in all this.

Perhaps they'd like HM Prison Service to employ more public sector workers to replace the cost-effective t.v sets and radios that keep inmates occupied and docile?

Reuben's up late for a man who works hard. Or maybe they've just sounded revielle at the gulag that Gordie has imprisoned him in. And then given him some internet time. Prick.

How George Michael could look in jail

Image

Resplendent with Photoshoped head!

Looks like he's reading his prison issue copy of To Hell in a Handcart. The humanity!

George Michael looks quite long of leg and short of body in that "picture"

Morecambe probably is like some ghastly Stalinist experiment gone wrong. Wasn't it one of the top crap towns?

Isn't there another photo where a white girl is doing a 'shock horror' gesture next to some women in black?

Morecambe. Hmm. Not quite a gulag, but a flat plain of mud fringed by B&Bs stuffed with the dregs, bad nightclubs, seriously scary people and the crumbling Midland Hotel. And Noel Edmonds's Mr Blobby Land.

For posts like Reuben's, I really could do with a Cyrus Grissom "Funny fucker, aren't you?" Internet sticker to plaster over their posts.

In fact, that's a great idea (BTW I know nothing about the feasibility of the idea) - little graphic tags you can use to 'splat' web-based idiocy as you find it. I suspect fortunes could be made. Or a lot of comment boards covered in virtual stickers.

Also, have you seen what George has on his telly? Someone on the Mail photoshop team has something approaching a sense of humour (the very essence of a civilised society)!

The Midland hotel was refurbished not long ago and it looks right nice now. When I was walking past there about a month ago was a wedding service being carried out there. The rest of Morescum- sorry Morecambe- still looks like it could do with a bit of attention but certainly the Midland looks like it's well worth staying at, lovely views of Morecambe Bay too (which, sadly, is not full of shit as we used to sing at the traditional Boxing Day/ New Years Day Southport v Morecambe football extravaganzas). Morecambe ain't much but it's a only a quick cycle ride to Lancaster which is one of my favourite cities.

Anyway, back to the topic in hand:

Civil servants told to stop 'dress-down' Fridays and smarten up

Image

Why? WHY? How dare the Mail use an image from the finest political satire of the century so far! The Mail's quick to criticise the BBC but it doesn't stop them from shamelessly using the Corporation's material to fill up their pages!
