He quite clearly decided to save himself some money, I sorta agree with the statement to be honest, the only person she will pick up like that may lead to worst of situations.

I'm not agreeing with the statement as a whole it's a little crass but anyone posing like that on a motorway (or dual carriageway) could be picked up by anyone.
