I know of Richard Lovelace, with his stone walls do not a prison make. I've heard of Linda Lovelace, with her famous gullet. I'm not sure I know of this one, though. Is he worth looking up on Youtube?

Most definitely. Though I'm not sure he'll be there. Lovelace Watkins was a unique talent.

The irony of posting in a mood-lifting article along with another contributor called 'FED UP DINER'.

Why Canada ffs? It's freezing most of the year, and if you're a typical Mail reader you'll be horrified at the amount of non-white people there and the fact that in some areas you need to know French. It's weird but I've seen a few commenters mention wanting to move there recently.

Have they woken up to the fact that the US isn't going to let you in just because you speak English and Tony was mates with George W?

So many councils are keen to get inch column in their local papers stressing how they are angered by the cuts to their budget and that we the poeple will have to bear the brunt but not to blame them, blame the government ... this is almost always the case with Labour or (in Wales) the damned Plaid Cymru concils (take note Cardiff Council, I am referring to you as well!) There are so many places councils nationwide could cut the fat without any discernible negative effect on the residents, but local government is as bad as central government when it comes to leading by example. It's ludicrous that councils actually think that we are taken in by all their tripe about streamlining their own administration.

Could just as easily be in the Suri Cruise thread - not sure having a (probably not coffee) drink in starbucks constitutes the first step to dependency but there you go. To be perfectly honest i didn't read the article that closely (like most DM readers).

Nah, surely any responsible psych ward would never give their patients access to MailOnline.

On this article, about a highly paid 'super head' (1.4 'prime ministers', for those who are interested):

If you're already in the "EU Stalag", why would the police knock in the night?

This article has divided the Mailites right down the middle. Highly-paid public sector worker? Disgusting. But an authoritarian approach to discipline, you say? Sounds good. Oooh, I'm conflicted. At the moment, discipline is winning.
