Er, perhaps she doesn't care what he's missing?

Why do people assume that any woman who leaves her house within as little as a day of breaking up with someone, must be choosing what to wear or do purely to show him what he's missing?

Perhaps there are in fact women out there who deal with these things quite well and in a normal way. Perhaps they get over these things and get on with life. Perhaps they aren't so insecure that they need to make public gestures to their exes via their clothes and the men they hang around with?

Isn't THAT possible?!

Why are rows often described as blazing? A row is a row. Do people feel the need to describe them as blazing in case the recipient of the information is extremely dim and mistakes it for something else. An amiable row? Or perhaps a cordial row?

Wonder if shed be interested in a slightly overweight middle aged malcontent from Manchester? :?:

If you're rich, I doubt she'd care.

They didn't waste any time either;

As Pippa's romance runs into trouble... Who'll be next to court Her Royal Hotness?

Includes this:

Quote:
However, members of Pippa's social circle emphasised last night that the split must be very recent because most of them were unaware of it.

Er, you do realise that wasn't a real DM headline? At least not yet. A Mail template that also assumes that he's not interested in her mind or personality, just her assets and modesty.

Sorry, you typed it as a quote so I thought it was real.

As for the "royal hotness" one, two things;

One, given the Mail's love of royalty, that doesn't seem too respectfull.
And two, can you imagine anyone else making such a comment and the Mail NOT saying it was disrespectfull of them?
