Do people actually still buy singles? Just do it online. Bunch of babies.
The thing is, like poppies, you must buy this single to show your moral worth. Tesco's are in deriliction of a DM enforced patriotic duty.
Edit: I see the conspiracy theorists are on to this...

Just watching all the red arrows against those posting negative comments about Tesco - a memo must have gone out at Tesco HQ to get staff to trash these postings.

Has Tesco told all their staff to comment and Red arrow? Seems an awful lot of odd things happening in the comments

Gawd, these people are so hard of thinking. Can they seriously believe that Tesco's is really going to divert its staff to clicking arrows on a website? For that to be conceivably worthwhile, someone at Tesco would have to believe that hundreds of people who were previously going to boycott them in disgust will sit down and think "Oh no, they must be all right, look at all these people green arrowing favourable comments". Frankly, if there is anyone at Tesco's who believes that, he's likely to find himself out of a job very quickly indeed.
And another thing - if D M readers are so keen on money being given to Our Heroes, surely they should just give it direct, without sending it via Tesco and the record company who will take a very hefty cut?
