Christ you're scraping the barrel now. There's no mention on the Telegraph, Mirror, Sun, Western Mail, or Guardian websites either.

Why on earth would the revelation that the 'Visit Kent' advertising campaign is part-financed by the European Union be in the Mail?

You might as well declare that a town centre square in Baarle-Nassau is being repaved with Italian slabs courtesy of EU funding and why isn't this news in the Mail?

Is that really how desperate this website is to win traffic or look active?!

Damn, I am going to write to Dacre and complain that the Mail haven't announced the wonderful news that the E17 between Sint-Niklaas and Antwerpen is getting crash barrier repairs funded partly by the EU.

Indeed. But don't you think that using the localised spelling for place names when writing in English is just a tad pretentious?

Not prepared to accept or deny that the post about 'This Is Kent' not being in the mail is complete and utter trite.

I am showing you balance for god's sake - poster triumphantly claims this is proof of news that cannot be found in the mail, and I balance that claim by showing how ludicrous the original claim is.

Proof that most of the crap mentioned on this site is just that. Crap. :D

If anyone comes on here and parades some link as "news not found in the mail" surely they have to back it up by showing the same news mentioned in the other tabloids/tabloid websites or whatever, otherwise it's a completely useless post.

Quite a few posts on here can be ripped apart in seconds because they're so poor.
[sarcastic mode]News not found in Mailwatch: Sunderland, twinned with Essen, Germany. Source http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_twin_towns_and_sister_cities_in_the_United_Kingdom [/sarcastic mode]

    and this entire thread just for starters. News not found in.....fucks sake all newspapers have agendas and editorial decisions which report or ignore news. Christ, even the "impartial" bbc misses out news it doesn't like to report.

is accurate. But then lefties never backup their claims when confronted with the truth, they usually resort to posting copyrighted pictures (then have the cheek to moan that the Mail pinches pictures!!!)
