Surely these warrant their own thread. In this one we have the Mail's favourite all grown up girl, Smiley Virus, with a cake that has had to be censored to protect our delicate eyes. As usual, the stupid phrase "posed provocatively" makes an appearance.

Further investigation reveals that the cake was shaped like a comedy cock and balls (picture below is not from the DM).

I thought the pixelated comedy balls were a pair of teddy bear's ears, I imagined her getiing down and dirty with paedo bear.
