Not really a blog, but a fascinating (and it seems to me insightful) analysis of what Mail Online actually is.

Yeah, smack on. The one thing it neglects to point out is that although it is indeed a separate entity from the paper, Mail Online is every bit as shite.

OK, so we've got this guy:

The Mail Online is run as a separate entity by 'top digital editor' Martin Clarke

So where does Papa Doc fit into the overall picture? I always assumed he was the head honcho for the Mail Online as well as the dead tree edition.

Dacre is editor-in-chief of the Mail Group as well as editor of the Mail.

Spot on piece.
I'm convinced its author built Topsy-Turvey (BBC Comment leaver) out of lego mindstorm.

Jim Sweeney, formerly of Whose Line Is It Anyway?, and who will soon (alas) be leaving us courtesy of his MS, writes a charming and perceptive blog:

I knew the poor sod was ill but had no idea it was that bad. The following passage manages to be both funny and moving at the same time:

Quote:
My fingers are now so floppy that I have to run my nose across the touchpad to move the cursor. This innocent action could be misinterpreted by my carers who might think I am sniffing cocaine. Although it was always the showbiz drug of choice, it was not for me. Yes, I tried it a few times but never inhaled.

Don't know if this has already been posted, but its fab, she has worked tirelessly against the reforms to Dla and writes exceptionally well.

Sadface fans may already have bookmarked Angry people in local newspapers. Some of my recent favourites:
