I've got it, thanks!

Trying to decide whether or not to cook the dumplings in with the mince or steam them over some stock.

Good.

If you steam them Gary Rhodes does a nice little trick of adding horseradish to the mixture - either fresh or sauce will do.

Full marks to Arthur Sixpence for this gem. In the comments.

Sadly the use of that particular word is endemic in the world of news reporting, even more so when it comes to the written world and dead tree journalism. Rumour has it that one senior figure at the DM is so fond of referring to people using that particular word that staff meetings are referred to as V-word Monologues! They must be a sight to behold as he grows increasingly purple with rage and the comb over starts to flap!

The return of David's English teacher would be more appropriate.

I'm concerned that we'll have to feed her fresh brains if we bring her back.
And what if she bites one of her keepers - nightmare outbreak.

I don't think Jane is familiar with MickRoach's style

Quote:
Outrageous behaviour by the Government sponsored BBC. It is noticeable that the BBC were the only news organisation which bothered to cover this non-story about a non-entity, I mean who can honestly say they'd ever heard of her before last weekend. Not me - that's for sure. - MrMickRoach, England, 22/2/2012 10:23 Not true Mr Mick Roach. Whitney's funeral was televised live on CNN, Sky, BET amongst others as well as streamed live on numerous media website with over 15 million people tuning in to watch. And If you'd really never heard of this "nonentity" who's sold over 200 million albums , had over 50 chart topping hits and 7 consecutive number 1's then I need to ask - have you been living in a cave for the last 2 decades??

From the paper that pays paps to hide in the bushes and take pictures of teenagers in their swimwear. Classy.

Not to mention their own coverage of Whitney Houston, including those tasteful photos of her bathroom and last meal etc

See how long this one lasts...

Another attack on the dear old Beeb by Mr Revoir. I seriously think this guy must have deep rooted issues - was he traumatised by an episode of Doctor Who in childhood or is it a petulent reaction to all those letters to Sir Jim'll being ignored? Of course he could just be doing his master's bidding, doesn't the DM own a large percentage of I T N News, who were no doubt reserved in their coverage of the event? It would be well in their interests to bash a rival broadcaster.
