I am a member, and going to contact them about this, they do have an ethical investment policy, and should I think be called to account about advertising with the express.

By 'House prices rising' I assume they mean asking prices and not sold prices, which are still stagnant and definitely not rising at the moment. So yeah, Mr Express Reader, you can try and sell your bungalow for £1,000,000 but buyers will laugh in your face.
