Why would you want one?

I absolutely adore this sort of lunatic. They really polarise things nicely, leaving everyone with half a brain feeling they want nothing to do with them. The best advertisement for atheism is theism allowed to run its course. The harder they try the harder they fail. Poetic.

He put the space in, he knew it was wrong but he couldn't bring himself not to say it. Because "black" wasn't enough for Peter to express his dislike of non-white people.

I guess that's a round about way of saying you do not want John Sentamu (or Nazir Ali), even though he (they) stand(s) for most non-racist mail values.

I've just read Simon Heffer's article. Cripes! I was nodding my head in agreement. Quick nurse, the screens!

You have my sympathy, I share your concerns.
Part of my justification of my obsession with The Mail (and face it, it is an obsession) is that it's a free mental-health. I've always told myself that the day I find myself agreeing with it, is the day to get myself sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
With Simon Heffer's article that day has just moved a step closer.
If I suddenly disappear from this board, it will be because I'm in cosy padded cell somewhere, howling at the moon (it's made of immigrants you know). I'll see you there.

The Dacre worm has turned. Now watch out for whichever Tory he starts bigging up.

Good luck with that Mr Dacre.
Nobody else has the gravias and the charisma to lead.

Those with the Charisma (Damn few) come across as clubbable lightweights, or idiots.
Those with the gravitas (There are a few) apear to have sufered horrible disfigurement during their personality bypass procedure.

The same goes for the UKIPpers.

It'll be Gove, I should think.

Because of course he wouldn't have got involved in a bit of PR to bash a union. He'd have lapped up all sorts of dry stats about petrol consumption, delivery times etc and issued sensible advice.
