I see why they changed the headline, the original makes no sense. If it has gone up then it is surely higher than last year?

It's easier for an unconscious person to breathe that way, and it stops them choking on their own vomit, etc. Nothing to do with regaining consciousness as such.

This is a 3rd party possibly private sector company I used them all the time when I worked in my previous job for two clients who spoke poor English.
