Yes please. She's a loon and a halfwit to boot. She'd appeal to the Tories' Tea Party tendency but nobody else.

One of the few things I look forward to about getting old is that when I'm carted off to my Home for the Terminally Bewildered there will be the sort of patronising lectures old people endure now about the Good Old Days, under the guise of keeping them 'active'. No doubt the smiling, happy care assistant will put up pictures of the Evil Witch in the same way that their current counterparts do with Churchill. And I will be able to throw my walking frame at them while sundry hurling oaths and insults at the photo of twentieth century Britain's most evil representative, and they will smile and say what a card I am. And I will continue to hate that evil cow, and tell those who weren't alive during her Reich how evil and loathsome she was. And so, with luck, the bitterness and hatred she deserves will be passed down the generations.

They'll probably just spit in your tea and patronise you to your face.

I think it's sweetly naive that you think there's still going to be such a thing as a pension, let alone an old folks home, by the time you are of age.

That's very much the case here in the US. The wheels are set firmly in motion for that to occur.

She's still hanging in! My MP is her best friend, or something like that, and just tweeted "Delighted to find Lady T on very good form this evening. Very interested to hear everything going on. Instincts intact"

That's unfinished. What he actually wrote was "Instincts intact she tore the flesh from the warm and twitching bodies of tiny kittens with her prosthetic fangs."

I may have posted this here before - but I think it bears repetition as it's a reminder that she is still with us.

As a young man Cameron looked out on the social carnage of pit closures and mass unemployment, looked at Margaret Thatcher's government and thought, these are my people. When all the debating is done, that is really all I need to know.
