They're getting a bit of a kicking in the comments.
This should be cross-referenced into the "Compassion..." thread. They're out in force today.
And miracle cures
Her parents, Shane Barton, 23, and Jennifer Stermann, 26, raised £15,000 to send her to the Caribbean to undergo radical ‘Dolphin Therapy’ which has been proven to reduce the symptoms of the condition.
"Proven"? That is ridiculous, who says taking a kid to see dolphins will cure it of anything? That comment should be reported to someone.
I understand a desperate parent's need to find something that might help their child, but am way more pissed off by the mail making ridiculous claims about a wishy washy unproven animal therapy, just to add an element of "there was a cure, if only the airline had acted better - what barstards!" to the story.
Great adverstisment for any dolphinarium offering this "service", really great.
Special flights with medical treatment are expensive that's why people get travel insurance, wasn't the £15,000 they raised to pay for such things, who else do they expect to pay for it?
