I understand a desperate parent's need to find something that might help their child, but am way more pissed off by the mail making ridiculous claims about a wishy washy unproven animal therapy, just to add an element of "there was a cure, if only the airline had acted better - what barstards!" to the story.
Great adverstisment for any dolphinarium offering this "service", really great.
Special flights with medical treatment are expensive that's why people get travel insurance, wasn't the £15,000 they raised to pay for such things, who else do they expect to pay for it?
