I thought that boob was too perfect to be real(no blue veins for a start) and my kids always fed with half a boob in their mouths when they were the size of this nipper, the unpixellated version looks genuine though

I can see veins - faintly. Point being that the breast belongs to a model, hence the not latching on and the child looking confused. She's wondering why there's no milk.
