It's offensive if the writer thinks that Mein Kampf is a bad book.
We don't know a lot about the writer, she may be implying that the Koran is the second best book ever written.

Or desperate? When you have to resort to parroting the lies of Tommy Throbbingristle it really is time to pack up and go home to spend more time with your Saabs.

The timing doesn't make it right.

On a practical level it would distract from, and possibly skew the results of the GE.

Most of the referendum people will vote anyway, so not really skewing the GE. Distracting from, that is a good point.

They've got so many clowns in we have to be confident of beating them. But let's keep Clegg out of the way.

Getting lots of councillors could be disaster for them.

It would skew the GE because the neanderthals would make it the key election issue, whereas it's fairly low down the list at the moment.

Mr Moxon posted the comments on his blog last August. UKIP said it was unaware of the remarks when it selected him as a candidate, as it would have taken an "inordinate amount of time" to read everything written by prospective candidates during the vetting procedure.

That says it all about UKIP.

In a message on Facebook, Ukip leader Nigel Farage asks his party's supporters in London to give their second preference votes to Mr Johnson. In a post which starts off in a deceptively mild tone and then goes straight off the deep end, Farage writes:

Londoners - please vote Ukip first and Boris second to keep the Socialists out of City Hall - that includes all the others. Let's get Ayatollah Livingstone out of London politics once and for all.

Fuck off, you race baiting cunt.

Baroness Warsi made the point on TV yesterday that the % by which UKIP candidates had increased was the same as that by which BNP had fallen. She questioned whether or not that was a coincidence. That was an asinine point, because she doesn't know the actual numbers concerned (for example the BNP fields far fewer candidates than UKIP anyway).

This led to a statesmanlike response from UKIP party spokesman Gawain Towler who tweeted Warsi fuck off, how dare you. Bitch

That's it, UKIP, stay classy...

Mr Thirsty is on Sky at the moment. Not been asked about Warsi yet...
"75% of all our laws are made in Brussels" - a complete lie, surely?
Wants to bring back selective schools - says everybody wants them. That would be everyone at the golf club... Do the parents of kids who fail the selection want them? This is a clear indication of the self-image of UKIP, the unregenerated, uneducated middle class.

Interesting use of language, he constantly refers to the main political parties as 'the big boys'.

Makes me want to fart.

Oh deary, deary me.
It seems that Mr Thirsty is in a bate because the chaps from the saloon bar made a bit of a rickett in the old paperwork department.
I thought it a bit odd when voting that there was no Kipper candidate listed. The New Statesman explains:

Quote:
A bizarre cock-up meant that the UK Independence Party's candidate for mayor of London, Lawrence Webb, was listed on the ballot paper as Fresh Choice for London (it should have read UKIP: A Fresh Choice for London). A "furious" Nigel Farage has admitted that the fault was at UKIP's end: they forgot to put their party name on the nomination paper.

It certainly appears to have cost his party votes. As things stand, the UKIP candidate is on just two per cent in the first round, compared with four per cent in the final YouGov poll. The mistake is also likely to have aided Boris Johnson by limiting the number of right-wing protest votes (although many would have put Boris as their second preference). Were the race between Boris and Ken closer than it is, the error could have proved far more controversial.

They forgot to put their party name on the nomination paper...

Beautiful.

Where's a facepalm picture accompanied by a swanee whistle when you want one?

That is quite brilliant!
