Perhaps this is why Hitler liked to dictate... he couldn't spell! Postcard from 1916 shows mistake in Adolf's writing

My vote for cunts of the day, and for possible candidates for cunt of the century, goes to all those who red arrowed the above comment.

There has to be something seriously wrong with anybody who believes making a spelling mistake is far worse than committing genocide.

Nice one:

They might just think it wasn't a funny joke, or be uneasy at blithely using 'six million jews' as a punchline. Er, hopefully.

Yeah, the comment could be read as making light of the holocaust so I doubt everyone behind the red arrows is a cunt. I'm fairly sure though that there's enough nasty bastards lurking on that site (especially around articles about Hitler) that at least one came from a cunt, though.

And it's true.
Many people, famous and talented or more everyday are lost because of adherence to these stupid 'cures'. It needs saying long and loud.

He was getting proper treatment (radiotherapy etc) so it still is a cuntish comment (in my opinion)
Yes, homeopathy etc are complete shite and people should speak out about them, however that comment by 'Fiat Lux' seemed like a cheap shot by a troll

It says in the article that he tried to treat himself with diet and Veganism.

I'd be inclined to agree. Perhaps the guy who made that remark could have aimed to be a bit less stark, given that this article was referring to a recently deceased person. That said, there are too many woomongers out their selling snake oil to the desperate.

And the more prominent people who believe it, the more others will try it.
Look at the anti-vaxx nonsense and the lives that has cost.

Those prominent people whose voices can be heard louder when you have transmitters like the mail.

Those prominent people (and the mail) who refuse to take responsibility for what they have preached.

RED ARROW SPECIAL* Huge amount of fuss about this guy, R.I.P. and all that but for gods sake, if he invented rap or whatever you call it then he was responsible in my book for unleashing a tsunami of rubbish on the world which could hardly be called music or art as has been mentioned. And in its wake a huge amount of sexist gun toting nonsense which dragged a whole generation down to the gutter. I'm expecting a good response from the middle class bad boys out there. - peter, brighton, 07/5/2012 22:18

Special mention to this knob, who has just gone into the comments to deliberately provoke. The Beastie Boys didn't invent, or claim to have invented rap, and although I'm not a fan myself, but I do know that their music isn't comparable to the 50-Cent "guns 'n' bitches" type crap. Anyway, they did raise a shitload of cash for the Free Tibet movement, which is probably far more worthy of praise than anything Peter has achieved.

Entirely predictable cuntfest on this idiotic article, as the Mailtards get the chance to dust down their hilarious quips about lycra:

Is this the dumbest cycle lane in Britain? Blundering workmen paint path in the MIDDLE of busy road

Luckily, the baddies are losing the battle of the red/green arrows after it was linked on a national cycling website.

Quote:
The cycle painted in the middle of the road is in fact a police marking of a tragic accident. Further up the road is the outline of a torso of the hapless cyclist after the motorist finally managed to dislodge him from clinging on to his windscreen wipers.

That is not a cycle lane and nor was it ever intended to be one. It is a warning to car drivers that cyclists may be sharing the road with them. The painted cycle symbol on a carriageway is used where there is no room for a separate cycle lane, or where a cycle lane has come to an end.
- Jessica Gooch, London, 08/5/2012 16:07
++++++++++++
Do we really need more symbols painted on the the roads, just to warn vehicle drivers that there might be some person wobbling about on a bicycle ?. So if some wobbling cyclist moves to the middle of the lane, they will be plodding along oblivious to the queue of traffic behind them who can't get past. If there are parked vehicles on a busy road, then get off the darn thing and push it......along the pavement, so that you are not holding up the traffic.

Your evidence doesn't support my prejudice, so I hate you.

For once, I must credit the Mail's headline writers with some originality:

Is this the dumbest cycle lane in Britain? Blundering workmen paint path in the MIDDLE of busy road

Is this the most pointless bike lane in Britain? City centre cycling path is just 8ft long

Is this Britain's daftest cycle lane? The 15ft road to nowhere puts bikers in a spin

Britain's barmiest bike lane that is WIDER than the car lane

Britain's most pointless cycle 'lane' unveiled - and it's just 8ft long!

And barmy bike lanes aren't as long as they used to be:

Wheelie stupid: Cyclists saddled with 'pathetic' bike lane...that measures just FIFTY FEET
