Your comment doesn't seem to be there. Has he complained it off, or do we think that Roger has gone onto the list of banned words?

I've got a yellow card,

Hello Old Roger,
We have received a number of complaints about the comment you made on article "BBC staff in £900k school fees payout" (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... ayout.html), 28/05/2012 at 03:37
Due to the number of complaints received, your comment has been removed from MailOnline

but not yet a red..........but I will.

Ta Reddy.

I wonder how long this will last....

"John, England: when you used to post under another name- Mike, Hitchin, "__________John is my name and I'm in Salford. If this personal abuse if the best the BBC can do then you really are in trouble pal - John, England, 28/5/2012 16:40- So you're in Salford are you Roger? That's a long way from Brighton. The change in name and location doesn't seem to have freshened your mind though, you still can't actually carry an argument when confronted with facts which don't suit you, can you. As has been explained to you, commercial television is far more expensive than the BBC, we pay for it every time we go shopping. All around the world the BBC is admired and respected as an impartial source of news and a maker of quality programmes. Only a fool sticks to their position when the overwhelming majority disagree with him and back up their argument with fact rather than your blind bias.

Do we know "Mike, Hitchin"? Seems like a good bloke.

Damn, I forgot to enquire after Roger's wife Bernard..........

Ah well, there's always next time.

Wonder how many complaints is the threshold number for removal? One?

I expect so, I can't imagine my post bothered anyone except John/Roger.
Of course whether the content matches the Mail's world view won't have any bearing whatsoever.

I'm pretty sure It's one.
I posted a comment about Nick Griffin after he'd done a Jingo speech, suggested that he'd "Never shot a jerry in his life".
2 minutes later, mail arrives explaining that my comment has been puled, it's attracted complaints and the use of Jerry is considered racist.

But if someone had posted praising Griffin, how many of us complaining would it take before they pulled it?

That's completely different. Can't compare. Really.
