Man that is one gaudy overcoloured front page, it's looks like something you'd find in the kids comics section of WH Smiths.

I also love it when a newspaper gives away a "free" extra pullout or souveneir guide to something, when in reality it is just an extra few pages of the paper they've printed, not a real book that's worth anything, so you wouldn't have to pay for it anyway.
