But it's 'in inverted commas', so that's OK...

Teen dressed as Tinkerbell breaks down in tears after being denied entry to Disney World - because she 'looks too good'

DISNEY DRESS CODE
Entry may be refused to guests who wear:

Adult costumes or clothing that can be viewed as representative of an actual Disney character

Masks

Clothing with obscene language or graphics on it or is excessively torn

Clothing which exposes too much skin

Objectionable tattoos

Officials told her they did not want visitors to be confused with a Tinkerbell character that poses for photos and signs autographs

Seems fair enough to me. Otherwise anyone could unofficially merge in with the staff and do al sorts of mischief.

Eh? Looks different to me . Has it been changed as it certainly refers to the headline now - twice

Poundland store re-sealed bags of sweets and biscuits gnawed by rats and put them back on sale

Headline says Rats - story says mice....no mention of rats

Quote:
Prosecutor David McNeill told the court the environmental health officer was 'shocked' by the findings.

‘Food that had been gnawed by mice, instead of being disposed of, was re-sealed with Sellotape by staff and put back on sale.

Quote:
The contents had spilled on to shelves where it mixed with mice droppings,' Mr McNeill said.

'A dead mouse was also found under one of the shelves and it was obvious the shelves had not been cleaned for some considerable time.'

Quote:
They admitted failing to withdraw food unfit for human consumption; failing to protect food from contamination; failing to control mice; failing to keep the store clean and in good repair and condition and failing to implement and maintain their own food safety management system.

Fury as Martin McGuinness agrees to shake hands with Queen in historic first meeting between senior IRA figure and monarch

Understandably a milestone but where in the article is the fury ?

Quote:
Lord Tebbit, who was injured in the 1984 Brighton bomb which left his wife Margaret in a wheelchair, said he hoped the meeting showed that Sinn Fein was starting to ‘repent’.
He said: ‘I’m glad that Mr McGuinness is moving to finally acknowledge that the Queen is sovereign over Northern Ireland and I hope it’s another step on his way towards confessing and repenting for the crimes of IRA/Sinn Fein.’

and
Quote:
Last night, Liz Edwards, a victim of an IRA bomb attack in Warrington in 1993 said she was shocked by news of the meeting.

She said: ‘I still think of Martin McGuinness as a terrorist and that will never change. A leopard can’t change its spots.’

Despite the vast acreage of evidence that changing his spots is precisely what McGuinness has done. Even Normo Tebbs says so. Sort of depressing, that outlook, if maybe (only slightly) understandable.
