What a disgusting, inappropriate woman! If a man had behaved like this towards a woman then there would be no discussion - she would be awarded compensation immediately. I'm glad it's being recognised that everyone is capable of sexual harassment.

I am not in favour of the compensation culture and I am not sure that the man deserved anything for being such a wimp. However, the woman deserves to pay every penny - she is certainly no lady and perhaps she will learn her lesson.

I absolutely agree with Aimee, this woman undoubtedly harassed this man and yes, sexual harassment should work both ways. No one, male or female, should get away with treating people like this. I bet if the roles were reversed she would get a bigger payout than him.
