The latest Brexit tinfoil hat conspiracy doing the rounds is the we legally left the EU 3 years ago and the Deep State are covering it up. This twat has heard it and is whistling it back
Funny how when I declare I'm a sovereign citizen, HMRC sends the heavies round for the tax money.

Fuck off Boris.

We conclude with concern that these two investigations by the Commissioner in rapid succession demonstrate a pattern of behaviour by Mr Johnson. While there is no suggestion that he has at any time tried deliberately to conceal the extent of his interests, this latest breach reinforces the view which we expressed in our previous Report, that he has displayed “an over-casual attitude towards obeying the rules of the House”, in conjunction with “a lack of effective organisation within [his] office”

Daily Telegraph forced to correct false Brexit claim by Boris Johnson

Newspaper removes claim but defends MP saying his piece ‘could not be reasonably read as a serious, in-depth analysis’
In its defence the Telegraph said Johnson was “entitled to make sweeping generalisations based on his opinions”.
Tell lies as it is usually called.

It bloody well can if you've a long and established history of purporting to be a paper of record and mouthpiece for the Conservative party.

You'd better get used to the modern Torygraph. Gone are the days when it was an actual newspaper containing actual journalism, albeit with a Tory slant. These days it's just the Daily Express for people who can do jiuned-up writing.

I suspected it was that when it had the cavalcade of cunts that was Telegraph Blogs during Cameron's government, is it somehow even worse now?
