What deterrence will a fine have on the likes of Mogg.
I've a solution. For all MPs and high ranking Government advisors who are found guilty of breaking the rules that they vote for or advocate that the country follows, they have their pictures permanently put up on a big screen behind Johnson or whoever is conducting the daily (occasional?) Downing St televised briefing, with the ticker at the bottom of our tv screen stating which rule they broke. If they resign (for a by-election in MPs cases) beforehand there's no need for their photo to go up. So off the top of my head there would have been Cummings for a while, Jenrick, Ferguson, Rees-Mogg, Ferrier. That's just off the top of my head. The big problem is none of these hypocrites ever make it as far as court.
