Isn't there a legal obligation for employers to provide water at work? And if they are supplying coffee, won't a dose of caffeine help with productivity?

The other thing that Bailey was moaning about was the cost of taxis. How does he think Tfl workers get home after they finish the night shift, when there's no public transport?
