Based on the outcome of the GE I would say that Ed wasn't good enough to become Prime Minister.

My personal opinion is that the Miliband/Balls ticket was the weakest pairing in a generation and, yes, I remember Kinnock.

Interesting that one of the authors of that hatchet job/tattle tail article, Rachel Sylvester, used to be the asst. political editor for the Tel and her husband, Patrick Wintour, is the current political editor of the Guardian.
