How awkward. JP would vote for brexit with a deal as opposed to no brexit as it's less damaging for her constituency. JC would also very much like brexit please, but would also like to be PM and somehow magically avoid all responsibility, so is playing a stupid game of chicken with an equally stupid PM that makes no deal ever more likely. So somehow, SOMEHOW, even though if JP voted for a deal JC would get the brexit he really wants, and JC is more likely to whip people to abstain to carry on with his 'if we don't join in it's not our fault' fantasy, this still has to be twisted into all being driven by some sort of plot against Corbyn.
Because it's ALWAYS about fucking Corbyn. Never what's the least bad option for people, or what the party members might want, or the public. Always plots against Corbyn, or undermining Corbyn, or working against Corbyn, or failing to chant Corbyn loudly enough, or not erecting a Corbyn statue in your garden, or someone jewish not saying "Thank you for dealing with the antisemitism problem Mr Corbyn" while they're being beaten up, or a Labour MP not tearfully expressing their gratitude for Corbyn on their being deselected on the basis of only curtseying 19 times instead of 20 in front of his portrait and so on.
It will always be something to do with Jeremy fucking Corbyn, because when you've invested all your time and energy into believing one man - one largely talentless, mediocre, curmudgeonly old man who has never achieved anything of merit in 50-odd years in politics - will change the entire fucking world, and when you've had to ignore reality for so long, you eventually can't help but assume everyone must be as unhealthily obsessed with him as you are. Because the alternative is having to entertain the thought that there might be other priorities or reasons people do things. And that would open the door to all sorts of blasphemy such as 'what if he really is shit?', 'actually, why doesn't he do anything about bigotry other than serve up stale platitudes?' and 'oh fuck, have I been had? I've been had, haven't I? Oh FUCK.'.
