What if Trump loses but refuses to leave office? Here's the worst case scenario

What. The...
A Houston doctor who praises hydroxychloroquine and says that face masks aren’t necessary to stop transmission of the highly contagious coronavirus has become a star on the right-wing internet, garnering tens of millions of views on Facebook on Monday alone. Donald Trump Jr. declared the video of Stella Immanuel a “must watch,” while Donald Trump himself retweeted the video.
It gets better than that, trust me... https://www.thedailybeast.com/stella-im ... e?ref=home

I've wondered what he will do in that two month period between Election and officially ceasing to be President, particularly if handing over to a Democrat. He can do a fair bit of damage, maybe not starting a nuclear war due to the chain of command or something that can be undone immediately by the new President, as he did with many of Obama measures, so I'll plump for him pardoning most of the violent contingent of the prison population.

Can't be done without ⅔ of Congress voting for it - it's in the Constitution.
Trouble is, there's been quite few things over the last few years that 'cant' be done' which have been done. And - in both the US and UK - there have been things which we assumed were operations of law, but which have turned out to be conventions which don't have to be honoured.
